a communicator interested in personal and collective transformation.

I write, host a podcast, share yoga, and elevate initiatives that contribute to the

healing of the planet.

If our contemporary culture were embodied in a single being, it would be in a developmental stage akin to adolescence — and so would we. What would it mean, then, to live into our maturity with more wisdom — as individuals and as a collective? This is the question at the heart of Waking Youth.
