hello.

Welcome to my corner of the internet.

If you don’t know me already, I’m Carlota, an earthling animated by the question of what it means to live a truer, wiser life.

I write essays and fiction (almost done with my first novel). I host podcast conversations at Wiser Now with incredible humans. I teach integral yoga online. I facilitate book clubs, retreats and gatherings around the questions I'm living: self-development, vocation, integrity, creativity, and meaning in times of our metacrisis.

Wiser Now (former Waking Youth) is an award-nominated podcast for those of us who feel called to live truer, wiser lives, as individuals and as a collective.

Expect interviews about becoming and initiation, about purpose and vocation, about how to cultivate the courage necessary to live whole lives in a world that's breaking open.

Former guests include Jem Bendell, Hannah Close, Daniel Pinchbeck, and many unknown names who live quieter and equally precious callings.
